    or their legacy attached to a Bill, Resolution, or Executive Order decriminalizing or re-scheduling cannabis. You know, just in case it might make them look bad in the future.

    It's going to take a state by state program of voter education on the true costs of prohibition.

      Because that's essentially what the President's public position means. At the very least, he should have followed-through with his commitment to leaving MMJ alone in states where it's approved. Now that the majority of Americans are in favor of legalization, it seems like any positive movement on the issue would be welcomed by most Americans.

      Ultimately, I do agree that it will be a state-by-state slog, but what happens when the conflict between state and federal laws become untenable? It's already getting close in some places. I don't like the potential for divisiveness within the party, when it's so unnecessary.
