      When I was in college writing papers if I "borrowed" more than 40 words from a source, I not only had to properly cite the source but block-quote the passage as well to call out in unmistakable terms the fact it wasn't an original thought, but a quote.

      How did he get through college without learning a little something about citing sources? Did he even write his own papers?
