    At this point, it’s pretty clear that Biden’s sins were much more extensive than Paul’s.

    As you can see, Biden was guilty of more than just plagiarism; he apparently appropriated someone else’s life story. The plagiarism allegations also fit into a pattern of exaggerations that called into question Biden’s character itself.

    In Paul’s case, the plagiarism — for now — appears to be more about sloppiness.

      took place in 1988... the article isn't even about Joe Biden. The article also points out that Biden's presidential bid was derailed as a result.  

      Whenever Republicans do something wrong, you can count on the apologists to come out of the woodwork like cockroaches, with plaintive cries of "everyone does it".

        I swear, I don't know how WaPo is still walking upright, seeing as how it's shot off both feet and parts  of their legs by now...

        This all started with "what the Republicans did to language".
