    but not everybody has  the same problems so while you may have a problem in one area the people on the phone may not have that problem.  You don't know unless you call.

    If you want to see some basic plan options you don't have to login.  It won't give all the details but it gives enough to whittle down the numbers.  

    And as pointed out by others, you can get the details of the plans you're interested in by going to the insurers website.  Yeah, it takes time but so does open enrollment at workplaces take time.
