    If congress passes anything with any real teeth, does it seem likely to anyone that the NSA would just...comply?
    Given the history of flouting every law passed to reign in the intelligence community going back to WW freaking II, is there really anything for the spooks and goons to worry about here?
    I doubt it. Because if they were really afraid of being shut down, they wouldn't be lobbying in broad daylight. there would be a few hints dropped to a few senators about a few indiscretions, and congressional will goes > poof <
