  •  It's already been warming up enough here, (4+ / 0-)

    to the point that:

    1) Snæfell (Snow Mountain), on Reykjavík's distant horizon, which has never been recorded having been seen through its glacier in history, melted through for the first time in history a year ago. The whole glacier's supposed to be gone in 20-30 years.

    2) We have a new tallest waterfall. One of our glaciers has retreated so much that it's gone up past a cliff, exposing a new meltwater waterfall that beats our previous recordholder.

    3) Temperatures have consistently been so much warmer than average that this summer, when we had weather that stastically is average for Reykjavík, everyone was griping about how cold it was  ;)

Já þýðir já. Nei þýðir nei. Hvað er svona erfitt við það?
