    playing football in the NFL was considered a job and the field and locker room places of employment.

    I hate this attitude that "It's the NFL" and just because of that we have to just accept it's  a working environment that's akin to a bunch of pirates set loose in a prison exercise yard.

      However, every NFL team has what we would consider a hostile work environment. The coaches use techniques and language that would be completely unacceptable in a normal business environment. That doesn't excuse the Dolphins or this jerk, Incognito.

      Martin is a very bright, talented, NFL caliber offensive lineman. If he wants to continue to play in the NFL he will find a team that will treat him with respect and appreciate his talents. His Stanford coach, now the head coach of the 49ers, is supporting him and would love to have him.
