    problem here.  But we have invasive Cabomba too, though it's not as aggressive as Water Hyacinth. Cabomba is a very commonly-imported aquarium plant.

    In the end, reality always wins.

      Cabomba is a Weed of National Significance. It is regarded as one of the worst weeds in Australia because of its invasiveness, potential for spread, and economic and environmental impacts.
      That's what they say about it.  Maybe they'd like Cabomba better if you sent them some Water Hyacinth.
