  •  I agree. First, in the interview Chuck Todd was (6+ / 0-)

his typical dick-acting self.  Seven minutes on "c'mon, admit you lied" and "have you stopped beating your wife yet" phrasing.

What a loser.  I've lost all respect for Todd. He's no "journalist"

Secondly, the president's apology did include comments about junk insurance, which everyone in media is ignoring in their eagerness to make this superficial & shallow "he lied and he admitted it!"  covering of this story - which is false.

Third, the info about the grandfathering, and junk insurance, has been around since 2010, and the grandfathering is even on healthcare.gov website.

Fourth, every person trotted out by the media I have seen has been "debunked", in that they ALL qualify for better, less expensive insurance on website (correct me if I am wrong, but this is what I have seen)

Fifth - the USA media sucks so badly I can't believe it. They jumped right on the "he lied" crap, refusing to talk about the nuances and details and FACT that it is not the ACA causing cancellations, it's insurance companies doing it deliberately.

Sixth - Anthem Blue Cross California just had a lawsuit filed by customers that said they fooled them into a policy when they could have gotten one on healthcare.gov

The shallowness, vapidity, and sheer wrongness of our American media is simply shameful, and is the entire cause of this "lie" bullshit.

"Privatize to Profitize" explains every single Republican economic, social and governing philosophy. Take every taxpayer dollar from defense, education, health care, public lands, retirement - privatize it, and profit from it.

half-assed, poorly done roll-out, for not getting ahead of problems, for continually letting the right wing and media control the story for days until they lamely respond.

I'm mad that in this interview (you know they called Chuck Todd and said "we'll give you 20 minutes, c'mon over) the President was at his most bored, and professorial lecture mode, as he's fed up with this childish bullshiat.

      Okay, now I think I'm done :-)

I realize they have tons on their plate but they HAD to know the GOP would use any problems with the rollout as propaganda.

It's hard to believe that they didn't have somebody riding herd on it extensively.

Also hard to believe they wouldn't just roll it out one state at a time to work out the bugs.
