    Generally, the MSM has a business model to attract eyes to advertisement at the lowest operational cost, and it's increasingly chatter at the expense of facts or content.

    Even beat reporters offer instant punditry over straight reporting in some venues such as CNN where they chatter between the reporter and anchor is part of the show.

    And all from the standpoint that this somehow adds to the "truth", which it does not, but merely fills time.
