    aren't the "political opposition" supported by the Saudis.

      The US recognized political opposition was created by Qatar and Saudi Arabia (with help from the Turkish and French governments), and the US initially let them run the show.

      Even now the US has very little to do with them, usually only trying to cajole or bribe them into being more rational.

      Lamb chop, we can quibble what to call it, but I think we can both agree it's creepy.

        After all, we didn't exactly create the Al Qaeda gangs there . . . did we? ;-)
