    but if she includes that in the bill then they would be able to sell them.

    And if they are grandfathered plans that prohibition shouldn't apply I would think.

    I don't like the idea of continuing to sell shitty policies but they are obviously looking for some way to mitigate the fallout from canceled policies.

    Plus if they put them side by side with other good plans then that may help get people to select a better plan in comparison, especially if they get a subsidy.  I don't think people picked shitty plans because they liked them, they couldn't afford anything else.
