    the time based on the headline.  The insurance companies could care less if they have to add verbiage to the equivalent of a renewal notice.   People who have never gotten sick with get the lowest cost policy possible, and then sign up when they get sick, and still not pay the penalty.

    There is zero incentive to buy any other policy.  Which in turn will create September sticker shock right in time for 2014 elections.

    Those pushing this either love insurers or hate ACA.

    I have always thought ACA had issues.   It was always health insurer reform vs health care reform.  Well, with this bill, it almost fails to meet that.

    Dems are just a laughable party sometimes.
