    even by water, 350 miles is not a negligible distance.

      have been detected from Hanford site, which is in the same vicinity (12 miles?). Tritium is easily detectable even in the most minute quantities and  has a half-life of 12 years and some change, so plenty of time for it to get into the river and into the ocean - and certainly not less likely for it to get into the ocean from there than from the other side of the Pacific.
