    clauses. In the event there are any young lawyers or law students reading this, I have never seen a situation where an arbitration clause facilitated resolution of claims. Never. These clauses are a bill of goods sold by the ivory tower to gullible students who think they'll actually save money by taking public litigation off the table.

    Many public litigation forums (small claims, ITC, federal district court when seeking an injunction) are faster and cheaper than an arbitration process.
