mostly interested in going to heaven.  I'm not.

I was in my high school choir, and there were even some pretty angelic folks in the soprano and alto sections, but the idea of eternal rehearsals petrifies me, not to mention the claustrophobia.

The risers in high school were crowded enough, but try to get a breath of air in a choral cluster of wings.  All those feathers must baffle the sound like a car muffler, meaning you have to scream your lungs out just to be heard in the third row (and if you ask me there probably won't be more than three rows).

And just when you need to see the director's hand motions at the most critical point in the piece, you're blinded by the fricking halo of the short bass in front of you, who just has to bob his head from side to side while he sings.

Drugs, huh?  Hmmm.  Maybe with drugs the rehearsals wouldn't be all that bad. An eternal high.  Has a nice ring to it.

Some people have even tried to convince me you will experience an eternal high WITHOUT drugs.  Now that's what I call faith!

But if it's true, then there will probably also be orgasms without sex.  Oratorios punctuated by little "oohs" and "aahs" and "don't stops" for no apparent reason.

I'm sorry, but that makes a talking snake seem downright reasonable by comparison.

Ted Cruz president? Pardon my Vietnamese, but Ngo Pho King Way.
