    A big part was expanding Medicaid (not Medicare, which is not affected by the ACA), which the feds are funding at a 90% rate for the next 3 years.
    Since about 85% of all adults get insurance through their employers, we're talking about a fairly small percentage of people who have to buy insurance on the private market who probably have no insurance now (healthy young people, for the most part).

      If we don't win elections, here won't be a Medicaid benefit. And you can't win elections win 80% of the already insured ate getting hit by big premium increases for all the new ACA benefits. The only control on that is getting healthy, paying young people into he pool.

      I feel like you guys are relying on faith rather than hard enrollment numbers and Demographics. Thats ALL that matters politically.
