...so why not make hoarding sunlight illegal, too?

    It's exactly that messed up.

    •  What is that about the seeds? (1+ / 0-)

When they figure out a way to meter the sun, solar will become compulsory.

I hope that the quality of debate will improve,
but I fear we will remain Democrats.

if you keep seeds from crop for planting.

It's a big racket they are starting.

The real problem is their GMO crops drift and contaminate
        other people's crops.

I think they should take to suing Monsanto for Trespass.

I am conscious that corporations like Monasanto can, and do provide a valuable service to agriculture.

However, without effective regulation, much of their effort appears to go into cornering a monopoly market to the detriment of their customers, and a variety of countries around the world.

This is entirely the fault of Congress.

Monasanto, and those like them, are symptoms of a deeply flawed political system.

We should use them as the poster child for corporate greed, something they are not alone in, but we must always remember whose fault it is.

I hope that the quality of debate will improve,
but I fear we will remain Democrats.
