    ...to the cancellations or the managed perception of public outrage and ACA failure. Nothing will be calmed because nothing Obama announced changes anything for 2013 or 2014 and the cancellations for 2014 are not due to ACA's roll out.Only the text in the cancellation letters will be modified.

    Ins cos cancel what they don't want to sell and modify what they want to keep. There's been no change in that from ACA before or after today's stmts. CaThe ins cos will adapt to today's statements according to their own benefit, of course, and the political opposition and ins cos resistant and bad PR fomenting will adapt to make ACA and Obama look worse.

      the pre-passing are already grandfathered, so adding up to Jan 1 won't make it worse, but it will allow reasonable people who this change affects to feel listened to. The crazies will stay crazy, but now there is mental health equity.  Obama is kicking  ..s.
