re the President's  administrative fix, as well as the proposed legislative fixes. Many have stated that such a fix -- allowing non-compliant plans to be grandfathered in for some additional months -- would undermine the economics of the ACA since the "young-invincibles" on noncompliant plans would keep them and thus not be in the Obamacare risk pools.  But just how many young-invincibles actually have the old crappy plans to start with? It seems to me that most of those young folks probably have NO insurance, and thus the various fixes won't affect them, or by and large the ACA risk pools, in any way. Do we have any stats or other intelligence on this?
