    We cancelled the policy because the ACA law mandates that I make you pay for maternity care.  Your old policy does not.  Therefore you now have the right to purchase the policy that does not include maternity care, although it is not compliant with ACA.  Your cost will not rise if you keep your current policy. However, if you would like this additional coverage you are entitled to purchase an ACA compliant policy at a premium.
    I wrote that in 2 mins.  It isn't hard to turn the tables, IF people even read it.
