    If the account was made in October or, say, early November, it's probably corrupt beyond repair.

    The advice for these people is to start over with a new account.  It sucks but most people that have done so and reported back here have had a pretty smooth experience.

      when reports are growing that the site is working better but someone says they are experiencing a high crash rate then it's probably more about that individuals application/account than the website.
