  •  It's in "Bohemian" newspapers. (0+ / 0-)

Like the various weekly independent tabloids containing 50 percent advertising for local businesses appealing to urban singles under 30 (restaurants, bars, artists, bands, etc.), 30 percent lists of star-ratings of such businesses, and 20 percent mostly left-wing oriented stories.  The kind of newspaper this old guy loves to read (although many of the pages don't appeal to me)!

Atlanta has Creative Loafing, St. Petersburg has (had?) Weekly Planet, etc.  They all have different, local-appropriate names, and are distributed free at unlocked news racks (due to advertising), sometimes even offering free subscriptions.

If you can't find Tom Tomorrow or other cartoons of that ilk in your town, they are on the web.
