    Retail politics at the general store level is the norm. My state rep knocks on my door and asks me for my vote every two years, and even Entergy couldn't come close to swaying the legislature over closure.

    My guess is something like our existing farmland rate for most of these classes of property. I'd further guess this is chiefly driven by resentment over the state property taxes being used for education, and going up substantially over the last dozen years.
