    is Solano County but we actually reside in Sacramento County. The early calculator did not take that into account but as I was going through today it would ask Sacramento or Solano. So that part is working for me.

    if a habitat is flooded, the improvement for target fishes increases by an infinite percentage...because a habitat suitability index that is even a tiny fraction of 1 is still infinitely higher than zero, which is the suitability of dry land to fishes.

      Seems they may have done a ZIP code fix, though my ZIP is wholly in LA County and has around 30,000 people so not sure why it should have been a problem to begin with.

      A camel can carry a lot of gold, but it still eats alfalfa.

        Maybe get a new email and start a new account? That seems to be the fix everybody is talking about. I didn't even try until today.
