  •  so when "the government" says there WAS a (0+ / 0-)

conspiracy, we can believe them, but when "the government" says there WASN'T a conspiracy, they're in on the plot.  Right?

I've read the technical reports done by acoustics experts on the audio tape after the House Committee released its report. So I know why they were wrong.

And the audio tape was the ONLY evidence they presented of conspiracy.  All the talk you hear in the comments here about bullet wounds and Secret Service guns and faked autopsy photos and the CIA and the Dulles brothers---the House Committee concluded that ALL of that was bullshit. They concluded that ONLY two bullets hit Kennedy, that one of those then hit Connally, and that Oswald fired both of them from the 6th floor window.

Or is that one of the parts where "the government" is lying to us again . . . . .

    •  Whenever members of the govt believe they need (0+ / 0-)

to engage in cover-up, that is what they do. And if you don't think so, again, I think you are being naive. Just the long list of witnesses and investigators that died unnaturally seems more than enough to indicate conspiracy. And btw, not having absolute proof is not the same as having proved the negative. The weight of suspicious items  is/was enough for LBJ, John Kerry, Oliver Stone, the Senate Select Committee, and well over half the public to believe there was a conspiracy. I believe it too. Well wishes to me, and same to you brother.

Does it bother you even slightly that your, uh, "evidence" here for a conspiracy is precisely absolutely one-thousand percent the same as the "evidence" offered for the Curse of King Tut's Tomb and the Curse of the Hope diamond. . . ?

Does that make you stop and think for even one second . . . . ?

        (sigh)

      •  I don't think there was a consipracy (0+ / 0-)

But I do now think there were two shooters. And I think one of them was an accidental discharge from the SS gun.

It explains a lot that has always bothered me, I'll say that.

        •  that's nice (0+ / 0-)

And when you have some evidence, then maybe your speculations will be worth listening to.

Until then, you can think the space aliens shot JFK with an advanced space weapon, and have just as much evidence behind it.  (shrug)

          •  My you are nasty (0+ / 0-)

I said what I think. I'm not asking you to think it.

            •  sorry to be blunt, but neither history nor science (0+ / 0-)

cares a rat's patootie what you think.  Science and history are not democracies. They care only about evidence and data, and you have neither one. Until you do, your opinion doesn't matter any more than mine or my next door neighbor's or the kid who delivers my pizzas.

              Sorry about that.  (shrug)
