          I can't imagine what you think you could do.   The first step to signing-up on the site is to "Create an Account".   Three times now the website does not create the account and states; "Try again some other time".

            The third time you tried was 11 pm Eastern/8 pm Pacific, according to your comment. Have you tried at different times of day?

            I just tried creating an account. Everything worked, up to the system sending me an email. Since I gave a phony email address, I couldn't proceed from there.

            What happens if you try right now?

              Yes, I've tried different times of the day since the first week in October.  Yes, I have tried for the 2nd time again tonight.   I've never been able to complete the Account Sign-up and have never received a confirmation email that an Account was created.   I'm done with it now.

          and asked the same question I never got an answer.  Hope we do so we can help.  Maybe if you put something in your diary that people are willing to help troubleshoot their problems?

        If nothing happens when you click the link, it could be due to browser settings or something else running on the computer.

        Make sure you use either IE, Chrome, or Safari.  Clear your cookies and cache before you try again.  Make sure you don't have any ad or script blocking running. Make sure you can accept cookies.  Disable your browser add-ons.  If you use IE make sure you change the browsing history setting from automatic to check for new version of stored page every time you visit the webpage.

        Using a different browser or even a different computer has worked for people too.
