  •  the problem with that is the Constitution. (6+ / 0-)

the state constitution has a set requirement for removing collectively bargaining. since its  in the constitution, you cant get rid of it entirely without amending the constitution, which requires two years worth of votes in the Assembly and Senate, and i not sure whether its a majority or 2-3rds requirement like the Us Constitution. If its 2-3rds then there's not enough Republicans in the Senate, they'd need 22, and only have 18.

    •  Majority, unfortunately. (nt) (2+ / 0-)

the collective bargaining rulings. I will also admit to possible poor choice of terminology due to some emotional / resentment / hatred factors concerning Wi Repubs and WI Supreme Ct assholes in general.

My statement was supposed to reflect the fact that if there is any way possible for the WI Supreme Ct to actually rule in favor of a "stay" in the John Doe Invest., they are not above bending and twisting any existing law to the point of shattering it to achieve their aim. Considering the fact that they are the last word on themselves, their conduct and culpability, and considering the fact that they have shown beyond any reasonable doubt that they intend to have their way no matter what, I see very little that can actually stop them. What may in fact be precedence, what may in fact be case law, what may in fact, in a reasonable world, be correct and right and normal, may in fact not make one goddamned bit of difference to the Prosser-led fuckwads!

Even people that like Mitch McConnell hate Mitch McConnell...
