    Of course, we've only had the one go and the one election, but I think that putting it in the hands of a neutral commission is a good idea that so far looks to be good, and is worth emulating.

    "Square" isn't always the right shape, and deciding which common interests are the most important will always have consequences, but putting it in the hands of a separate entity that won't be running in them sure seems smart.
