    Obviously, the Senate passage of legislation doesn't mean the House will as well.

    BUT...the Senate could still pass a lot of good progressive legislation, and let the House GOP majority bottle it up and then run against them on it. They are already doing that on immigration reform.

    But, frankly, they want to protect the odious corporate Democrats in the Senate from having to vote in favor of Unions or the Minimum wage.
