    90K plus lets you live like a king.

    Hubby and I broke six digits this year.  If it wasn't for my student loans, we'd be able to pay off the mortgage in a few years.  As it is, we've got a goal to pay it off by the end of the decade (we owe $75,000 still.)  

    That is not the situation in NYC or San Fran - nor even Atlanta, which we're an hour away from - but those cities are the exception, not the norm.

      out in the countryside, so they should be heard and not dismissed. It's hard for me to feel sympathy for that high an income as it would seem lifestyle changes could free up more income for their insurance plan, but I don't think that's the right way to handle this. I think we should strive to make things better for all, and listen to the problems and fix them.
