    advantage of that by agreeing to be a photographer or make a wedding cake for a gay wedding and then refuse to do it at the last second thus ruining the wedding.  After all, it says "notwithstanding any other provision of law" which includes things like laws against fraud and such. Hell, they could just keep your money as well because you wouldn't even be allowed to sue to get your money back!

      the contract and taking the deposit for services to be rendered was OK under your sincere religious convictions, but performing that contract was not, now? The truly conviction bound would never agree to provide or perform in the first place, that is, they would know before the last minute what they believed. This one ain't gonna fly.
