    Josh Eidelson at Salon is reporting that:

    one of the most acute and immediate beneficiaries of those efforts will be Patricia Ann Millett, a woman who helped Starbucks stymie unions. Millett is one of three D.C. Circuit nominees tapped by President Obama and blocked by Republicans;
    Is Millett congenitally conservative, or was it just what paid the rent? I don't know. But I do know that I want to see the pig before buying it.

      It is a big moment, to get the Senate Dems so annoyed with their colleagues that they're willing to risk offending them. Maybe we're on the road to public campaign finance!

      But the courts are an abomination, completely politicized and corrupt. Until I see a few Miles Lords on the bench, it's business as usual.

      Anyway, congrats, Chris.
