    It really comes down to Justice Kennedy.  This is really a religious and corporate "rights" case, not an ACA case, and the ACA itself won't be a real matter.

    There are three main questions IMO:

    1. Do corporations, or the owners of such corporations have religious freedoms that need to be recognized under the Constitution and/or the Religious Freedom Reformation Act (RFRA)?
    2. Does requiring a corporation (or its owners) to include birth control insurance under the ACA rule violate the 1st Amendment of the constitution?
    3.Does requiring a corporation (or its owners) to include birth control insurance under the ACA rule violate RFRA?

    Kennedy really could go either way here.  I'm especially concerned that he may use the RFRA to justify striking down this mandate.
