    corporation is designed to protect the owner(s) from personal lawsuit while conducting business, that if it is indeed judged by the SCOTUS that suddenly corporations do in fact have religious rights where that would put the corporations in for liability purposes. If we start to designate corporations as "people", then there is no need for a corporate status and as such have no protections liability wise.

    That might be a bit convoluted, but the idea of protection for a corporation was always because it was a company, not a person. If SCOTUS further blurs that line, I can start to imagine seeing cases where it's brought up the the company has a "religious doctrine" and there as a person has no liability limits?

    Not had enough coffee this morning, just looking at this from our own company standpoint... fortunately as owners, we keep religion away from our dealings and prefer to stick with what is moral and ethical to be done.
