    When their crimes warrant such punishment the way an actual individual's would, end their existence by tearing up their charter and turning them into non-entities.
    There was a time, a ways back, when many state constitutions or laws stated that corporations must be operated for the benefit of the general welfare, as well as for their own profits which went unstated.  There are damn few which operate today for the general welfare of society and citizenry, instead serving to vacuum up money out of the pockets of most of the population, concentrating it in the hands of the C-executives (CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, COOs, Chairmen of the Board) and the Rentier class (1% and above).

    That has to stop or the system will permanently break. There aren't enough hired guards who don't have family among the rest of us to save the oligarchs then. Make too many people too hungry for too long, and history shows that always ends badly. Even very recent history.
