      ex-JW, you might want to read up a little on blood transfusions and rethink your position on the issue.  You may find that you have been lied to about their danger and their necessity in medical trauma treatment especially.

        where blood samples for AIDS patients were routinely dealt with.  I know a lot more about blood safety issues than you obviously think.

        I also know all about the paperwork hospitals insist get signed when you want to refuse blood.  I had to sign it for an outpatient procedure that everybody knew damn well wasn't going to require a transfusion.
