    I do not wear tinfoil hats.
    But there is a real issue here.
    Online databases are hackable, and the idea that your future employer could not get access to that information is ludicrous.

    So imagine your potential future employer is self-insured and you apply. You have a gene for breast cancer, metabolic syndrome (high cholesterol, bp, and likely heart attack) or Huntington's Chorea. What will that do to the company's insurance rates?

    Don't answer: "It's not legal to access that information." Get real (or I will send you a tinfoil hat.)
