  •  I know of a social group that does this (7+ / 0-)

They run private RSVP only parties for money in the NYC area for the fetish community. For legal purposes they are required to have signed agreements from all paying customers. One of the clauses boils down to, "Anyone who says anything bad about the people running the party will be kicked out and their money not returned."

It's amazing the chutzpah that some people have.

The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but already it was impossible to say which was which.

    •  That's different (0+ / 0-)

They're there, and if they don't act in accordance with the rules they get kicked out.

Most venues have standards. And will kick you out for not abiding by them. Try loudly dissing a live show while sitting in the audience and see how long it takes to get kicked out.

You won't get your admission cost back then, either.
