  •  What amuses me is, simply, the number of folks (0+ / 0-)

    who think that a State bureaucrat - especially anywhere down in the godforsaken and foetid Southern swamps - is supposed to be intelligent enough to know what his job is all about in the first place.  Especially a State bureaucrat on the "appointed/executive/management/" level!  

    After all, Commissioners and Department Heads don't actually DO anything of any real importance - except for seeing to it that everyone votes properly, so they, themselves, get appointed again by the Governor.  That's been "politics as usual" down there since the establishment of the Nation.
