    Just reduce the salt in the recipe.  I usually reduce it by a 1/4 teaspoon per stick.  Also taste it before you finish mixing that will give you an idea.  Salt in pie crust is just there for taste not like bread were it helps control the yeast action.  No salt in yeast breads and you risk over proofing because the yeast is on over drive. The important thing about butter in pie crust that it should be very cold.  I put my in the freezer after I cut it up for 15 min.  I have always got the best results with using a food processor.  This might sound silly but I put my processor blade in the freezer also for a few minutes so it is cold too. It just take a couple of minutes to cool the blade.  

    I have a limited budget so I sometimes find I have to use salted butter instead of waiting to make something until SS comes in at the end of the month.
