    Supreme Court's decision that the federal government couldn't force the states to take the Medicaid money for the those that would be newly eligible. I'm not saying that there's anything that we could do about it--at least not in the short run. But I haven't seen any articles critiquing the decision itself.

    I'm quite certain that if the feds offer money to the states, then they can do so with strings attached (contrary to what the five Republican-appointees on the Court decided). It would be nice if somebody looked at this and assigned blame where it belongs.

    Roberts, Alito, Scalia, Thomas, and Kennedy opened the door. They knew that the likes of Georgia Governor Nathan Deal would walk through. Let's not forget that.

      little people would come from their horrid "decisions": Gore v Bush, Citizens United, etc.

      They've been paving the yellow brick road to a rich, libertarian's paradise.
