        It is clear that everything they have done is to avoid liability.  So even if you pierce one layer of the corporate viel, there are two more to go before you hit the principals.  I found it interesting that they transferred the titles of the Cleveland properties to another company run by the same people rather than keeping them under the Aeon umbrella.  My guess is that there is going to be a bankruptcy, and all those abandoned and now worthless properties in Ohio won't touch Schwartz.

        You know, these guys are the ones in the corner at the cocktail party yukking it up about lawyer jokes that derive their grain of truth from people like them.
