Although I don't know anything about the dynamics of those races.

2010 was a GOP wave year, and Dave Obey retired several months before the election, which forced Julie Lassa to throw together a last-second campaign against Duffy.

2012 had a weak Democratic candidate, Pat Kreitlow, who ran a milquetoast campaign and underperformed Obama and Baldwin's numbers in WI-7.

Kelly Westlund is no milquetoast candidate, and she isn't simply throwing together a campaign. She was a vocal critic of a mining deregulation bill that was passed by the Wisconsin Legislature earlier this year:

how Rep. Sean "I can't live on $174,000 p.a. but you peons are fortunate to be paid $25,000 by your corporate overlords" Duffy will fare when faced by a real challenger.

Of course, the second question inherent to this is also pretty simple: How much Koch money will be spent trying to protect their investments?

from 2010 ratings to 2014 ratings.

That's not a seat we should lose to the Tea Party, but it is a harder seat to win than it was.

Note, as an R+2 seat, we NEED this seat.
