    They didn't intend that.

    The Treaty of Tripoli was unanimously approved by the Senate in 1797 and signed by Founding Father John Adams.

    Whatever happened to the 'marketplace of ideas' talk we are subjected to religious fringe-types wanting to include creation mythology alongside evolution theory in public biology classes?
