    have Medicare Part D. The sole penalty for not having it was a higher premium if you eventually did decide to sign up for it.

      and increases not only every year until you purchase drug coverage, but stays with you for the rest of your life and you pay it every single month.  Like the fine people will pay if they can afford, but don't have health insurance under the ACA, it was intended to force people to buy Part D.

      Single payer would have been infinitely better.

      There already is class warfare in America. Unfortunately, the rich are winning.
