with part of that article, particularly the right wing co-opting of the ideas of Bakunin (further down under so-called "left wing market anarchism" which was obviously written by someone from the right). In fact, the entire Wikipedia series of which this is a part is right wing series on "Libertarianism" (the right wing version)

I don't know of many genuine anarchists who refer to anarchist libertarianism as "left" libertarianism simply because that gives validation to the right wing faux version.

I'd prefer this wikipedia page be used instead:

Since libertarianism was first used by libertarian socialists and communists over 150 years ago, then one should not have to qualify it by attaching "left" to the term... as if by not doing so one is referring to the right wing, thereby implying it normally has a right wing meaning.

Not to nitpick but I think this should be reversed: Attach the word "right" whenever one is referring to the right wing co-opted meaning of the term (which is what I do). Why let the right wing dictate language to us? But thanks to the right wing usage, the term is now completely muddled in meaning, unless one know the context. The way anarchists see this, anyone who supports capitalism supports the authoritarianism inherent to capitalism. Maybe left-wing capitalists who use the term should qualify it by calling themselves "civil libertarians".
