Eliminate the bosses... make the work-place worker self-managed, eliminate wage-slavery, and the flaws that allow this type of treatment of workers are eliminated.
Other workers may be even more discriminatory than "bosses" with regard to some criteria. A "boss" is leaving money on the table by failing to hire the right candidate.

who gets the work done, and who has the skills, and they often have to find work-arounds to the dictates of the boss. In other words, the work gets done despite the boss. That we need the mythical brilliance of the boss to manage ourselves is absurd.

Do you really think Romney is smarter and better than the workers he employs? Think of the enormous talent in the labor pool. The only talent a boss needs is having inherited a fortune, giving the boss a monopoly over property.

Workers can delegate responsibility to those with key skills, since they often have a very good idea who can get things done.

This doesn't mean people with greater knowledge can't influence and lead, it simply means they can't be little dictators. Being the boss doesn't guarantee the boss has indispensable knowledge.

In Spain, in the worker collectives during the Civil War, production increased, worker morale increased, even innovation increased.

Since we're talking about egalitarian anarcho-socialists, who value worker's rights (since this is a worker's rights movement), and since they eschew hierarchy, there would be no credit rating system, no credit checks, probably no credit in the conventional sense, and the philosophy is against patriarchy, racial hierarchy, ageism, etc. The entire idea is based on free association, equality, and mutual aide. The incentives to discriminate mostly come from capitalism, which pits workers competitively against each other, and creates a hierarchical pay structure, coercing workers to fight with each other for positions of power. When these are eliminated, discrimination largely evaporates.

And as I've said before, I object to your use of "left libertarian" which traditionally is a term that means anarcho-socialist, which you're not. You're more properly called right-libertarian, or propertarian.

You are of course free to open such an enterprise anytime, or encourage a group of people or workers to invest their savings in such and run it any way you please.

To do that requires resources owned and dominated by the wealthy ruling class, and when one lacks property, one lacks collateral for loans (and all the strings and slavery to the capitalist system that comes with loans).

In anarchist Spain, once workers took over industry, they used the resources to set up, for example, hundreds of new, better, healthier, cleaner bakeries, schools, various enterprises and new industry.

But it is very difficult for people without assets in capitalist society to get a new collective or co-op founded, and all existing capitalist business will be competing, waging economic warfare, to crush the new business.

          Capitalism is violence.
