    I think this administration gets too bogged down trying to find the right marketing term for simple ideas. Instead of "exchange" or "marketplace" just call it an insurance mall.

    The exchange is like an insurance mall: you walk in, and you're surrounded by insurance "stores" that want to sell you insurance. The government is the realtor and provides the space for the stores to "rent" and also has a customer service desk in place to help you find your way around. Most folks can understand that, and the government plays little role in the actual activity of the stores.

    It's a shame folks are led to believe this is healthcare provided by the government. Not sure what they think that is...healthcare provided by doctors employed by the government?
