  •  i wish dems would incorporate that 'rove' strategy (0+ / 0-)

of going for the strongest point- they would attack the RW radio monopoly....

re warren, they stopped her originally when pres obama appointed her for the consumer protection post and made a no-brainer senate race a contest with RW radio BS about her native roots. but they can make anything up they want. they're already working on it in case she hints at running and it will start on radio and it will go all day on those stations.

BTW i remember after her convention speech limbaugh saying "well, if corporations aren't people, what are they, indians?"

This is a list of 76 universities for Rush Limbaugh that endorse global warming denial, racism, sexism, and GOP lies by broadcasting sports on over 170 Limbaugh radio stations.

recognized.  Every guy working in a truck and most people commuting are subjected to powerful, coordinated propaganda every day.  Buying those stations may have been the Repubs most successful move ever.

have a foothold on propaganda on the internet. I can think of no liberal voice that can compete with the "forwards" that people on the right receive and send. Most of it, if not all, is slanderous hyperbole and lies attacking anything liberal. It keeps them all on the same page and manipulates them with their full approval. I suspect it is a strong motivating factor for right wing turn out in off season election cycles as well.

for almost every political topic. Not Google's fault, I think... but I'd like to know if this happens because of the sheer volume of activity by the wingers, or if they have people doing SEO.

our outdated positive feelings for Google color our view, imo.  They've joined ALEC.  They've kept the data from every search you've ever made, "in case the FBI should ever want it".  Do No evil was a long time ago.
